Terms & Conditions

  • No NSFW or rushed pieces

  • All commissions are DIGITAL goods only. No physical goods are included.

  • Currency is in MYR

  • Maybank2u / Bank transfer / QR Pay / DuitNow / TnG E-Wallet, full payment is expected before the commission will begin.

  • NO REFUNDS are allowed once commission draft has been sent OR after commission piece has been completed.

  • Depending on how complex the character's design are, some details may be simplified, or extra cost will be implemented.

  • Commissions are for personal non-profit use.

  • Commissions are NOT allowed to be used in an AI generator or for NFTs.

  • Commissions will be posted on my socmeds. Reposting is allowed but MUST be credited to me.

  • I have right to refuse any commission I am uncomfortable working on.

  • Please provide clear references and details of what you want me to draw.

  • I will refuse any commission if incomplete information is provided or if I am unable to contact you.

  • Your commission may be worked in progress on a drawstream.

Revisions T&C

  • 2 minor revisions are allowed during Sketch and Line-art Phase.

  • After line-art has been finalised, no revisions will be allowed.

  • 2 colour revisions are allowed after flats are sent you.

Once the client settles/fulfills the invoice, it means that the client has
1) agreed to the final details of the commission and
2) read and agree to the terms and conditions.
